These terms are an agreement between you and SUIAPP.AI INC. ("SUIAPP.AI", "we", "us") about your use of our website, suiapp.ai. By using the website, you accept them.
Our registration service at platform.suiapp.ai has its own terms, which you accept in the service before you use it: one set for business owners, one for filing professionals, and one for clients who answer a questionnaire a filing professional sends them. For anything you do in the service, those terms apply; where they and these terms differ, those terms win.
SUIAPP.AI INC. is a private company based at 10 Old Mamaroneck Road, Suite 1C, White Plains, NY 10605. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the New York State Department of Labor or any other state agency.
The service collects the information a New York State unemployment insurance employer registration (form NYS-100) needs and, once the registration is queued, files it through the state's NY Business Express portal on behalf of the business. New York is the state we file in today. We plan to add other states, but we do not promise when; joining a waitlist does not reserve a place or guarantee a date.
The website explains State Unemployment Insurance, business structures and state rules in plain language. We check that information against official sources and list them, but it is general information: it may not fit your situation, and laws, forms and rates change. It is not tax or legal advice, and we are not a law firm or an accounting firm. Questions about your taxes or your legal situation are for a qualified tax or legal professional.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the website. If you use it for a company, you confirm that you may act for that company.
Use the website lawfully and fairly. In particular, do not:
If you share a review, you confirm that it is your own, honest account of your experience. When you tick the permission box, you allow us to publish it, free of charge and without time limit, on our website and in our other materials, with your name and the other details you gave us for display (never your email address). We may shorten it or fix formatting without changing its meaning, and we may choose not to publish it. You can ask us to take your review down at any time by writing to support@suiapp.ai.
The website is free to use. A filing through the service carries a fee, which is shown before you pay it. Payment is taken on Stripe's hosted payment page, so card details never reach our servers. Our fee does not include any tax, contribution or penalty a business owes New York.
The website, its text, design, images, software, and the SUIAPP.AI name, logo and mascot belong to SUIAPP.AI INC. or the people who license them to us. You may view and use the website for your own purposes; these terms do not give you any other right to them.
The website links to sites we do not run, such as state and federal agency pages, Cal.com, Stripe, Instagram and TikTok. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and their own terms apply.
The website is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every page is current at every moment. We do not guarantee that New York, or any other state, will accept, process or approve a registration, or how long that will take.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for a claim about a filing is limited to the fees paid for that filing.
If you break these terms or the law in using the website, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable costs that follow, to the extent the law allows.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the website after that, the new version applies to your use of the website. Changes to the service's own terms follow the process described in those terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
